Master of Laws in International Business and Digital Technologies

About the Program

The Master of Laws (LL.M.) program in International Business and Digital Technologies aims to provide (1) a broad overview of local and international laws and regulations that govern international businesses and (2) engage students in the ongoing discussions on issues related to the use and regulation of digital technologies. With the significant growth of international commerce and in today’s digital economy, AUPP’s unique graduate law programs will develop knowledge and skills that are highly in demand in the international economy.

Through the study of relevant laws, regulations, and policies in Cambodia and other prominent common and civil law jurisdictions, students will learn to analyze complex legal issues that arise in international business, the fast-growing developments of digital technologies, and how these developments have affected the application of laws and different approaches to their solutions.
