Singhtararaksmey Chea

Mr. Singhtararaksmey (Joe) Chea is an Adjunct Professor in the faculty of Information Technology Management at the American University of Phnom Penh. Mr. Chea has worked on various roles in Information Technology industry for over a decade. He has involved in network engineering, system administrator, cyber security, application architect and information system management. Apart from professional field, Mr. Chea had worked on a research regarding game theory applied on ransomware mentality. He is currently working as an Application Architect Manager at AUPP.
