Sandra Barnea

Ms. Sandra Barnea is an Assistant Professor in the College of Arts and Science at American University of Phnom Penh where she teaches English Composition and Humanities. She has a master’s degree in education, two bachelor’s degrees and a TEFL certificate from American schools. She is an international educator with experience that spans high school and university teaching in America, China, Kuwait, Thailand, Fiji, and Iraq. She believes learning should be fun and therefore fosters a sense of joy in English reading and writing. As a former theatre artist and director, her approach to education is based on the physical and intellectual influence of the performing arts.
