Digital Skill Development Program (DSDP)

Digital Skill Development Program (DSDP) is a financial aid project, launched by MPTC to provide financial support to 3,000 undergraduates majoring in digital technology with zero interest rate in 2025. Students will receive a range of benefits including a budget to pay tuition fees until graduation, a laptop (based on requirement), accommodation fee (if required), daily lifestyle consultant, good job opportunities with high salaries in both the public and private sectors along with other support provided by each university.

The DSDP program at AUPP is open for majors such as:

  • Artificial Intelligence
  • Cybersecurity
  • Digital Infrastructure
  • Information and Communications Technology (MIS and Software Specialization)
  • Information System/Data Analytics
  • Information Technology Management / Computer Science
  • Software Development
  • Web and Mobile Application Development / Interactive App Design and Development

Candidates who are selected will receive the following benefits:

Applicants must fulfill the following criteria:

  • Be a Khmer citizen
  • Hold a high school diploma with grades A, B, or C
  • Meet all admission requirements to the above higher education institutions and successfully pass any required exams and/or interviews
  • Demonstrate financial need, especially candidates from rural areas
  • Individuals with disabilities and female students are strongly encouraged to apply
