Educational Compliance Officer

Position Summary:

The Educational Compliance Officer’s main duty is to prepare official paperwork and letters, including translations, to the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS) and other relevant ministries and agencies for compliance reports and license applications.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Collect departmental data for MoEYS HEMIS.
Collect departmental reports for MoEYS Education Congress.
Collect, write and translate paperwork for new program applications to MoEYS for licenses.
Collect, prepare and translate documents of new organizational structure of schools and departments to MoEYS for Prakas (Minister’s proclamation).
Collect marketing plans and apply for MoEYS approval visas.
Collect admission plans and apply for MoEYS recognition.
Compile students’ foreign high school diploma files and apply to MoEYS for certification.
Prepare admitted student lists and apply for MoEYS recognition.
Collect graduating plans and prepare graduating student lists for MoEYS recognition.
Compile employees’ foreign degree files and apply to MoEYS for certification.
Write cover letters in specific official formats.
Scan and file compliance and QA paperwork.
Communicate with government officials regarding compliance paperwork.
Translate education-related policies, handbooks, and guidelines.
Fulfil other job-related tasks assigned by the QA Director.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in education, law, or a field relevant to the job
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in MoEYS compliance work
Ability to communicate with government officials
Ability to translate national and institutional policies and documents
Ability to advise others on educational compliance matters
Ability to prepare MoEYS compliance paperwork
Ability to communicate with other departments to accomplish compliance activities
Proficiency in relevant computer applications
